James Channing Welding Scholarship

The James Channing Welding Scholarship is awarded to Welding students with a 2.0 GPA enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits. Preference is given to students with financial need. Female Welding students are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must answer the following 250-500 word essay.

“Why have you chosen welding as a career and describe the best traits you possess that will enhance your ability to excel in your welding education, as well as your future employment as a welder?”
